Ive know Elaine Hollins a number of years and she has helped me with properties that i have sold and bought in the past.Im a unlimited General Contractor in several states and have dealt with lots of real estate agents and i can honestly say Elaine has never disappointed me in how hard she will work for her client and how honest and professional she conducts her self.I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sale or buy.

Bill was the consistent professional who went above and beyond to assist us during the selling process of our mothers home. It was a unique situation, because my sister and I are guardians on behalf of our mother. Bill kept in close communication throughout the process and was able to coordinate with our attorney to ensure settlement occurred with no setbacks. As a first time home buyer I could not have asked for a better realtor. Billie Jean was respectful and knowledgeable and spent time helping me understand the next steps of the process by guiding me through it. I was very nervous about the process and about having a realtor that was solely focused on the commission that would be received at the end, Billie Jean was the total opposite, she was very understanding and took all of my thoughts and helped me make them a reality. She spent her own time even when I was not reaching out for something specific to become more familiar with the quirks of the home so that she could help provide me with the knowledge of potential solutions. Throughout the process she never made me feel pressured or that I was unimportant to her.
